Sales Consultant

We are looking for a customer focused Sales Consultant to join our Mercedes-Benz Burlington Team. What you will do:

• As a brand ambassador you will represent the company with a high level of professionalism and courtesy
• Maintain knowledge and awareness of industry trends as well as any Mercedes-Benz Burlington internal information as it relates to your role, department/location or the company
• Promote and complete the sale of Mercedes-Benz vehicles in an appropriate, professional and ethical manner with the highest regard to exemplary customer service
• Remain current with product knowledge of all Mercedes-Benz and all competitive products and services
• Meet monthly sales objectives for both new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Follow up and maintain ongoing dialogue with all guests that leave without purchasing

What you will bring to the role:

• Previous automotive sales experience, preferably with a luxury brand
• Current OMVIC Sales license
  
• A commitment to excellence and a history of providing customer service that goes above and beyond what people expect.
• You have good communication, problem solving, task planning, and organizational skills.
• Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts
• Available to work a variety of shifts (mornings, evenings and weekends)
