Horticulturist

We are seeking an experienced individual with strong knowledge of plant cultivation, plant biology, chemistry, and advanced growing fundamentals.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring plant health, growth cycles, and cultivation data and making adjustments to improve plant health, consistency, and production.
• Managing soil, growing media, plant nutrition, nutrients, pH, EC, and water chemistry.
• Performing propagation and cloning.
• Monitoring temperature, humidity, airflow, and lighting.
• Identifying and troubleshooting nutritional, environmental, biological, and cultivation-related problems.
• Following pest, disease, sanitation, and contamination-prevention practices.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant hands-on cultivation, horticulture, or agricultural experience.
• Strong understanding of plant biology, growth cycles, and plant health.
• Knowledge of soil, growing media, plant nutrition, nutrients, pH, EC, and water chemistry.
• Experience with propagation and cloning techniques.
• Knowledge of environmental factors affecting plant growth.
• Ability to monitor cultivation data and make adjustments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Assets:

• 3+ years of directly relevant hands-on experience.
• Spanish speaking.
