About the Opportunity Our client, a manufacturing company in Etobicoke, is seeking an experienced Dual-Licensed Industrial Millwright & Electrician to support mechanical and electrical maintenance throughout its facility.
This hands-on role involves troubleshooting equipment, completing preventive and corrective maintenance, and responding to breakdowns to keep production equipment operating safely and reliably.
Candidates must already hold both a valid 433A Industrial Millwright license and a valid 422A or 309A Electrical license.
Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on industrial machinery.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Repair and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Inspect, adjust and maintain production equipment.
• Provide in-house electrical maintenance support, including troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment and components within the scope of your qualifications.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns involving mechanical and electrical systems.
• Work with the maintenance team to support day-to-day production requirements.

What You Bring

• Valid 433A Industrial Millwright license — required.
• Valid 422A or 309A Electrical license — required.
• Strong hands-on industrial mechanical maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain both mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and responding to equipment breakdowns.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, and overtime on most Saturdays.
