PC Specialist - Customer Service

This position reports to the PC Assistant Manager

This position is responsible for customer service & packaging for Stratford

Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Service:

• Daily EDI, Shippers, Paperwork, ASN & Extractions for all customers including service (Toyota & Honda)
• Follow up with all customer requests, expedites & supplemental orders
• Honda quick receives and daily report
• Support production build outs to minimize excess inventory (model changes & new launches)
• Create & print customer and build ahead
• Accounting issues
• Working with customers on an ongoing basis
• Coordinate and Monitor logistics for shipments with customers to ensure shipped as per schedule
• Support month end & yearend inventory

Other:

· Problem Solving - Proactively identify and resolve potential disruptions with customers Analyze data, identify risks and develop solutions.

· Collaboration – Work with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and process alignment

· Manage relationships with customers by confirming supplemental orders, addressing concerns and replying in a timely manner. Negotiate KPM for missed and mixed kanban if seen fit

• Excellent communication skills, including a good relationship with the customer
• Kaizen current processes
• Job must be performed within H&S guidelines
• TG Minto may amend the reporting structure and/or duties and responsibilities as business needs require.

Qualifications:

• Post secondary education or 2-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced level of computer experience including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, ability to understand and control EDI and inventory control systems (JDE and Future 3).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
• Must have an excellent attendance record
• Must be able to have flexible work hours including weekends to support the customer when required
• Must be able to prioritize work

Straight Shift Timing on Day Shift (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) but may be required to change shifts in order to accommodate production requirements.
