Track Loader - Night Shift Production

JOB SUMMARY We are hiring NIGHT SHIFT - Track Loader/ Packers in Listowel, ON. JOB SUMMARY We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Track Loader who plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the egg production line to our client plant based in Listowel, ON. This position is responsible for loading/unloading egg products, Packing and moving materials using manual and mobile equipment, keeping the work area organized and safe, and supporting production team members to meet daily targets.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load eggs from pallets and farm carts onto the production line in a safe and timely manner.
• Use manual and powered pallet jacks to transport eggs and materials to loader stations.
• Stack and organize pallets, dividers, and packaging materials efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the loading area; promptly remove broken eggs and debris.
• Unload finished products from conveyors, inspect for quality and correct labeling, and stack onto skids.
• Move full skids to the cooler and replace with empty ones to ensure continuous workflow.
• Keep accurate product counts and report production quantities to Machine Operators.
• Wash trays, carts, and sanitize carts, skids, and dividers in line with hygiene protocols.
• Organize egg storage by producer and assist with pre-loading and supply setup as needed.

REQUIREMENTS / CERTIFICATIONS

• Experience working in a team environment.
• Previous production line or manufacturing experience is an asset.
• Good verbal communication and basic reading/writing skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs frequently.
• Continuous standing, walking, bending, and manual handling.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Able to operate manual and powered pallet jacks safely.

COMPENSATION

• $21.94 per hour + shift premium (afternoon and nights)
• Night Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM
