Car Detailer — Sleekz Automotive Scarborough, Ontario

Sleekz Automotive is looking for a reliable, hardworking car detailer who can deliver thorough results while keeping jobs moving and meeting deadlines.

Timing and efficiency are the most important requirements of this role. You must be able to organize your work, maintain a productive pace, and complete each vehicle within the time allocated for its service package and condition. Quality, vehicle care, and safety must be maintained throughout every job.

Your responsibilities include:

Complete interior and exterior detailing, including washing, drying, vacuuming, windows, wheels, tires, door jambs, carpets, seats, and trim.

Perform shampooing, stain removal, and other detailing services as assigned.

Follow a consistent cleaning process to avoid missed areas, unnecessary steps, and repeat work.

Review each job's services and expected completion time before starting.

Accurately record job start and finish times and any delays.

Notify the supervisor early if a vehicle's condition or additional work could affect its completion time.

Complete a final inspection and correct missed areas before marking the vehicle ready.

Keep tools, supplies, and work areas clean, organized, and ready for the next vehicle.

Use chemicals and equipment correctly and report existing damage or concerns.

Arrive on time, stay focused during working time, and help the team meet scheduled pickup times.

We are looking for someone with strong time management, attention to detail, a dependable work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions and work independently. Previous detailing experience is preferred. You should be comfortable with physical work, including standing, bending, and reaching throughout your shift.
