Position: Commercial Lines CSR

Location: Markham, ON

Salary: $55,000 – $75,000

Duration: Permanent Full-Time – Hybrid

Position Overview:

• Must possess RIBO license
• Provide customer service for commercial accounts
• 2+ years' experience in an insurance customer service role
• Excellent interpersonal and MS office skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Issuance and renewal of insurance documents
• Report and monitor client claims
