Position Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced General Labourer / Forklift Operator to work with our client located in Concord, Ontario. The successful candidate will support daily warehouse operations and must be comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced environment while operating forklift and reach equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
• Handle inbound shipments, receiving, product put-away etc.
• Safely and efficiently operate forklift and reach truck equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members and supervisors
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must have a valid counter balance Forklift Licence & Reach Truck Licence
• Previous warehouse experience operating forklift and reach equipment (required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated
• Must have legal authorization to work in Canada
• Must have a clean criminal record
