Position: Manual Machinist
Pay Rate: $22–$28 per hour (No shift premium)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM (40 hours/week)
Breaks: 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks
Days Off: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (No weekends or overtime)
We are seeking an experienced Manual Machinist for the afternoon shift. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience operating manual milling machines, lathes, and drill machines, and must have their own tools and gauges. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality machined parts according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Operate manual milling machines, lathes, and drill presses
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Set up and adjust machines for accurate production
- Measure and inspect parts using precision tools and gauges
- Maintain quality standards and ensure accuracy of finished parts
- Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment clean and safe
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies
- Proven experience as a Manual Machinist
- Strong experience with manual milling, lathe, and drill machines
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Must have own tools and measuring gauges
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work independently on afternoon shift
- Reliable and punctual attendance
