About the RoleAs an Outside Sales Representative, you will prospect, visit customers, present products, and partner with Inside Sales and regional leadership to develop the market.What You'll Do

• Prospect and sell to new and existing customers, including newly established accounts and those with strong growth potential
• Deliver sales presentations and communicate accurate product information and availability
• Maintain current product knowledge and educate customers on products, online tools, and system features
• Partner with Inside Sales to resolve customer issues and support account and regional development plans
• Assemble product displays and maintain regular communication with the Regional Manager
• Follow established company policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior outside sales experience
• Ability to travel to customer locations Monday through Friday and occasionally on weekends for trade shows
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Strong time management, organization, communication, and customer relationship skills
• Ability to work independently in the field and collaborate effectively with a team

Preferred Skills

• Automotive aftermarket or RV industry experience
• College coursework or degree
• Experience training or educating customers on products, online tools, or system features
