Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and usability of our client's Epicor Kinetic environment. In this mid‑career role, you will troubleshoot configurations, optimize custom processes, and strengthen data integrity across the ERP ecosystem. You'll work closely with operations, inventory, and IT stakeholders to improve workflows and drive system adoption. This position is ideal for a resourceful, solutions‑focused professional who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot Epicor Kinetic configurations, customizations, and process issues to ensure reliable system performance.
  • Analyze, refine, and optimize ERP workflows to support inventory management, operations, and cross‑functional business needs.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models to support reporting, integrations, and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with end users to understand requirements, resolve issues, and improve adoption of ERP tools and processes.
  • Partner with IT and business teams to implement system improvements, test changes, and ensure data accuracy across modules.
  • Provide ongoing support, documentation, and training to help employees use Epicor Kinetic effectively and confidently.

Qualifications

  • 5–15 years of experience in ERP analysis, configuration, or technical support, with direct experience in Epicor Kinetic.
  • Strong SQL skills with hands‑on experience in database structures, queries, and troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management processes and how they integrate within ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to solve problems independently, think critically, and deliver practical, scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and user groups.

This is a contract role. Successful candidate must be incorporated.

Start Date: Immediately

Duration: 12 months – likely to extend or become permanent full time.
