Millwork Production Supervisor

We are looking for a resourceful, competent, skilled, creative and true team leader to supervise our millwork shop operations.

$80,000 - $100,000 yearly

• Plan and organize millwork job flow

• Answer questions and guide the assembly team

• Review the shop drawings and workload in cooperation with the design and programming team and project managers

• Always look for solutions to problems

• Lead the continuous improvement and team-building initiatives

• Reliably commute and work from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday-Friday in our shop

• Minimum of 10 years of experience working in a millwork shop and 3-5 years in a supervisory position

• Ability to lead a team and organize the workflow

• Ability to read architectural drawings and work in AutoCAD, Mozaik, Cabinet Vision, or other millwork software

• Proficient in the use of a computer, Microsoft Office tools, AutoCAD, and Adobe Pro
