Profile Extrusion Operator – Operator B
Status: Full-Time Shift:

• Day Shift | 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift | 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Night Shift | 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00/hour Location: Martingrove Rd & Steeles Ave West, Richmond Hill, ON Overtime opportunities available on weekends.
Important: Public transit does not operate during night shift hours. Reliable transportation is required for afternoon and night shifts.
We are searching for reliable, entry-level to intermediate Profile Extrusion Operators (Operator B) to support our extrusion lines. You'll work alongside the Operator A on the line, keeping product moving, checking quality, and helping the shift run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

• Feed material and monitor extrusion line output under the direction of the Operator A/lead
• Watch the line running and perform basic inspection of the finished profile for defects
• Measure product against tolerances and report any deviations
• Handle cutting, stacking, and packaging of finished product
• Assist with material handling and loading/unloading
• Perform basic troubleshooting and flag larger issues to the Operator A or maintenance
• Record production data and complete quality checks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety protocols around hot equipment and moving machinery

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED an asset, but not required
• Entry-level candidates welcome; previous manufacturing or warehouse experience an asset
• Willingness to learn new tasks and processes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods on concrete floors
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability
• Comfortable working day, afternoon, or night shifts as scheduled
• Certifications: None required — full on-the-job training is provided.
