About the Role We are looking for an Aviation Service Coordinator to support the coordination of aviation service activities, customer service, inside sales, purchasing, and shipping/receiving. This is a hands-on administrative and coordination role suited to someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule service work based on technician availability and customer timelines
- Provide customers with accurate lead times and regular order updates
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate technician assignments and service activities
- Prepare purchase orders, service estimates, shipping documents, and reports
- Receive, inspect, pick, and package aviation safety equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory and customer information
- Prepare required documentation and certifications, including dangerous goods paperwork
- Coordinate shipments, pickups, and returns
- Support inside sales and purchasing activities
- Keep office and warehouse areas organized
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain service records
- 2–3 years of inside sales and/or customer service experience
- Aviation industry experience or knowledge is an asset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; ERP experience is an asset
- College diploma in Business/Administration is preferred
- Valid driver's licence is preferred
- Knowledge of dangerous goods is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Comfortable performing warehouse/shipping tasks involving crouching, climbing, kneeling, reaching, and twisting
- Ability to work in environments that may involve heat, cold, dust, fumes, tight spaces, and noise
