Job SummaryConcession Bartenders deliver fast, responsible and professional beverage service in a high-volume stadium environment. This role supports both portable and permanent bar locations and is responsible for bar setup, inventory control, guest interaction, and compliance with all alcohol service regulations.This position is ideal for experienced bartenders who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy live events, and take pride in accuracy, accountability, and guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and breakdown portable and permanent bar locations for event operations.Complete opening and closing inventory count accurately.Maintain appropriate stock levels throughout service.Follow proper portion control standards.Verify valid government-issued ID and comply with all alcohol service laws.Refuse service when required in accordance with responsible service policies.Execute closing bar procedures at the end of service.Respond professionally to guest questions, concerns, or issues.Document transfers, spoilage, and variance accurately.Demonstrate strong productComplete assigned duties efficiently and safely as directed by the Zone Supervisor.Clean and organize Concession areas.Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including:Equipment, floors, walls, cooking areas, fridges, and condiment carts.Wash dishes, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils by hand as required.Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated areas.Replenish food items, condiments, utensils and supplies as needed.Merchandise products to company standards including:Stocking and rotating productMaintaining clean shelves and displaysRemoving expired or out-of-stock itemsMerchandise coolers and display units as directedAssist with resetting and organizing areas in preparation for future eventsFollowing all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including the safe use of cleaning chemicals.Perform other related duties as assigned.Requirements:Enjoy working in a team-oriented environmentAbility to work shifts of 7 hours or more in a fast-paced settingBasic understanding of cleaning standards in stadiums or large venues preferredStrong ability to follow directions and established proceduresEffective communication skills; able to report issues to supervisors clearly and promptly.Must have at least 5 years bartending experience in high volume venuesOther Requirements:Able to work effectively and safely while subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and excessive noise; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in weight; must be able to maneuver in an often tightly-quartered environment.Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.Thank you for expressing interest in employment with Sodexo Live!.
