Supply Chain Clerk

- $23.50/hour
- Part-Time - 20 hours/week
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Clerk to support day-to-day inventory, purchasing, logistics, and warehouse operations
- This is a hands-on role that combines administrative work with warehouse activities. You'll help keep inventory accurate, coordinate with vendors, track shipments, prepare materials, and ensure supplies are available when needed

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Conduct physical inventory counts and cycle counts
- Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies
- Prepare Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
- Communicate with vendors and follow up on delivery schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and help identify potential shortages
- Pick and stage materials for outgoing orders
- Help organize and maintain an efficient stockroom
- Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records
- Work closely with Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams
- Follow all required health, safety, and environmental procedures
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- At least 1+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory, purchasing, or warehouse operations
- Experience with Microsoft Office. Must have basic Excel skills, including the ability to use basic formulas in cells to add, subtract, and calculate sums
- Experience using an ERP or inventory management system; Experience with NetSuite is a huge plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable communicating with vendors and internal teams
- Able to work between an office environment and warehouse/stockroom
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to wear required PPE, including safety footwear and a safety vest
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Education or certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration is a plus
