The Rental Administrator is responsible for managing the invoicing and administrative processes associated with equipment rentals. This role ensures accurate, timely, and organized processing to support financial and operational objectives, while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and customers.

What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Generate accurate weekly and monthly rental invoices in a timely manner
  • Prepare, organize and maintain rental files to ensure compliance and accessibility
  • Register and discharge equipment liens using the APPRES system
  • Manage electronic rental start and stop notifications through the John Deere system
  • Maintain and update the rentals database to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Prepare and post journal entries related to rental transactions
  • Perform rental account reconciliation and balancing at month-end
  • Generate rental reports for internal review and external reporting
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous accounting experience is considered an asset
