The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing and deploying marketing initiatives across key brand channels, including Social Media, Email, Website Management and Local Restaurant Marketing.

This role serves as a primary liaison between Marketing, restaurant operators, franchisees and internal partners. The Marketing Coordinator owns projects from planning and intake through execution and reporting, ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with brand objectives.

Key Challenges:

  • Managing multiple markets channels, projects and stakeholder requests simultaneously while maintaining execution quality and brand standards.
  • Balancing the needs of restaurant operators, franchisees and internal stakeholders against brand priorities and available resources.
  • Delivering projects from intake through execution while meeting tight deadlines and evolving business needs.
  • Translating brand strategies and campaign objectives into effective channel-specific and local marketing executions.
  • Maintaining channel performance and engagement while continuously identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams, creative resources, digital partners and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Analyzing campaign results and identifying actionable insights to improve future performance.

What you will do in this role:

Social Media Management (25%)

  • Develop and maintain monthly social media content calendars across all brand channels.
  • Create, coordinate and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and emerging platforms.
  • Write engaging, on-brand social media copy and captions.
  • Manage community engagement, including monitoring and responding to comments, messages and guest inquiries.
  • Execute paid social boosting initiatives in support of brand campaigns and business objectives.
  • Monitoring competitor activity, industry trends and cultural moments to identify relevant opportunities.
  • Coordinate content creation opportunities, including native social content where appropriate.
  • Track channel performance and provide recommendations for optimization.

Local Restaurant Marketing (25%)

  • Manage Local Restaurant Marketing requests from intake through execution and reporting.
  • Consult with franchisees, operators and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and marketing needs.
  • Coordinate project timelines, approvals, creative development and asset delivery.
  • Work closely with Designers, Videographers, Media Partners and other vendors to execute approved initiatives.
  • Develop copy and marketing recommendations that align with established brand strategies.
  • Coordinate print, digital, social and paid media execution as required.
  • Support continuous improvement of Local Restaurant Marketing processes and stakeholder experience.

Email Marketing & CRM (20%)

  • Plan and execute promotional, evergreen and campaign-related email marketing initiatives.
  • Develop email content plans and write compelling copy aligned with brand objectives.
  • Create creative briefs and collaborate with Designers on email development.
  • Coordinate campaign deployment and ensure accuracy across all email sends.
  • Partner with CRM providers to improve targeting, segmentation, automation and campaign effectiveness
  • Support the development of customer communication strategies that drive engagement, loyalty and guest frequency.

Website Management (15%)

  • Manage website content updates, promotional messaging, campaign assets and landing pages.
  • Coordinate homepage carousel updates and seasonal promotional content.
  • Maintain YEXT location page content and ensure restaurant information remains accurate.
  • Manage OpenTable promotional content and system updates.
  • Coordinate with Digital and Web team on website improvements, updates and optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure content is accurate and launches correctly across all digital properties.
  • Monitor website and digital touchpoints to identify opportunities for improved guest experience and performance

Reporting, Insights & Analysis (15%)

  • Monitor & analyze performance across Social Media, Email, Marketing, OpenTable and Local Restaurant Marketing initiatives.
  • Develop campaign recaps, reporting summaries and performance evaluations.
  • Identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights across marketing channels.
  • Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and channel performance.
  • Support post-campaign reviews and contribute learnings to future marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain campaign reporting documentation and historical performance records.

Overall Working Conditions:

  • Full Time 8:30am – 5pm
  • 5-day work week (M-F)
  • Monday & Friday: Remote (optional)
  • Tuesday – Thursday: In-Office (mandatory)
  • Occasional unexpected work demands, changes to deadlines on short notice and tight time pressures.
  • Occasional travel to restaurants or events
  • Must be comfortable with occasional heavy lifting (>50 lbs.).

What we are looking for from you:

Experience, Skills & Technical Knowledge

  • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing, communications or digital marketing role.
  • Experience in managing marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, websites or local marketing initiatives from planning through execution and reporting.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different channels and audiences.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, community management and content planning.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance, identify insights and make recommendations based on data.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Experience with hospitality, restaurant, retail, franchise or consumer-facing brands is considered an asset.

Education/Professional Credentials

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
