Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide world-class customer service to our Canadian Account base team located in Guelph ON in both English and French

- Answer inbound phone calls

- Order entry

- Expediting outbound shipments

- Problem resolution and follow up

- Work closely with the outside sales force and internal operations teammates

- (Racquet and Winter Sports)

- Act as a liaison between departments

- Provide information on product lines, programs, and procedures to customers

- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

-Must be fluent in both English and French, as well as written.

- Minimum 3 years experience in customer service or related field.

- Experience in the sporting goods industry (Racquet, Paddle, and Winter Sports) encouraged

- Proven excellence in a fast paced team environment

- Strong attention to detail

- Bachelor's degree preferred/Associates degree required

- PC literate with Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software.

- Background with SAP (ERP) systems a plus

- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities as necessary.
