Journeyman Carpenter with experience in renovations.

Able to manage a crew of 2 or more co-workers, Work well with Sub-trades Read and understand Blueprint drawings, Follow Job schedule and Specification, Create Material take offs, Good time management skills.

Able to preform the following: Finishing Demo, Framing, Drywall insulation, poly, drywall board, drywall tape-coating, Painting, Interior Finishing hang doors, cut and install trim casing & base boards, Install Cabinets (kitchen-vanities) Assemble Cabinets, Custom Cabinet Cut and Install, Experience in Stain and Lacquer finishes, Experience in LVP flooring install, Some tile install,

Must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from work.

Must have all personal hand tools

Must provide digital copy of Journeyman Certificate

Must be willing to travel within the greater Edmonton area and Parkland County

Must provide references, including current or former employers.

3 month probation period once hired.
