As a Business Development Representative – Service, you'll often be one of the first people our customers connect with when they need service for their vehicle. You'll help make that experience easy from the start by answering questions, coordinating appointments, following up with customers and making sure they feel well taken care of.
This is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and can comfortably manage multiple priorities in a busy dealership environment. Automotive or dealership experience is an asset, but strong customer service skills, initiative and the ability to learn quickly are just as important to us.

SCHEDULE
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Saturday: Rotating Saturdays, 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will help create an exceptional customer experience while supporting the day-to-day appointment and communication needs of our Service Department.
You will:
- Respond to incoming customer calls, emails and online service appointment requests promptly and professionally
- Schedule and confirm service appointments, ensuring accurate customer and vehicle information
- Listen to customers to understand their service needs and accurately document their concerns
- Answer general service questions and provide information about recommended services, costs and appointment requirements
- Prepare service quotes and coordinate required parts or subcontracted services in advance of appointments
- Follow up with customers regarding service needs and upcoming maintenance
- Contact customers regarding applicable safety recalls and service campaigns
- Conduct post-service follow-up and help promote future service and maintenance
- Maintain service follow-up and opportunity lists based on previous recommendations and customer history
- Coordinate customer shuttle requirements
- Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts, Sales and other dealership departments to provide a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer and appointment information within our dealership systems
- Help resolve customer concerns and ensure customers receive timely, professional follow-up
- Provide additional support to the Service Department as required
WHAT YOU BRING
We're looking for someone who is personable, dependable and comfortable taking ownership of the customer experience.
You'll be a strong fit if you have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A natural ability to build rapport and make customers feel comfortable
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- The ability to manage a high volume of calls, follow-ups and appointments without losing attention to detail
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change throughout the day
- Strong follow-through and a willingness to take ownership of customer requests
- Previous customer service, call centre, appointment-setting or sales experience
- Automotive dealership or service experience is considered an asset
- Experience with dealership or CRM systems such as PBS is considered an asset
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and learning new technology
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work the scheduled rotating Saturdays
