TAPP Workforce Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client operating outpatient addictions treatment clinics across Northern Ontario. We're looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented RN/RPN to join a small, close-knit team at our North Bay clinic.
This is a relaxed, low-acuity clinical environment — perfect for a nurse who thrives on steady routine, genuine patient rapport, and working independently within a supportive team. No regional travel required; this role is based entirely at the North Bay clinic.
Location: North Bay, Ontario
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours (occasional statutory holiday coverage)
Pay: $29.87–$31.16/hour (2026 scale, with scheduled increases)
Position: Full-Time, Permanent

What you'll do:
- Administer medications (oral and injectable), including methadone, suboxone, and Sublocade
- Receive and securely manage incoming pharmacy shipments
- Perform phlebotomy and ECG testing as needed
- Support virtual patient appointments and provide in-person care when needed
- Work alongside a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) in a small clinical team
- Maintain accurate records in an integrated medication management / pharmacy EMR system
- Current Ontario Nursing License
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Comfort administering controlled substances and injectables
- A non-judgmental, patient-first approach to addictions care
- Strong attention to detail and documentation habits
