Alarm System Sales

The Alarm System Sales professional is responsible for engaging clients and promoting a diverse range of alarm systems including residential, commercial, and industrial solutions. This role requires a strategic approach to prospecting, demonstrating products, negotiating sales, and sustaining customer relationships through excellent support. Sales cycles typically span weeks to a month, and occasional field visits are part of the process. Extensive technical training is provided to equip the salesperson with in-depth product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential clients across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
• Demonstrate alarm system products and explain their features and benefits effectively
• Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets
• Provide ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Conduct occasional field visits to client sites as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent presentation skills
