Landscaping Crew Member

We're a busy, growing landscaping company looking for a hardworking, reliable team member to join our crew. We work on a mix of projects — from larger, more demanding jobs to regular maintenance work. This isn't routine mow-and-go work — expect physically demanding days and jobs that take real effort to do right. What You'll Do

• Take on large-scale trimming and pruning jobs, including trees, shrubs, and overgrown areas
• Handle major property clean-ups and debris removal
• Perform sod installs and planting projects
• Provide regular lawn and property maintenance, along with smaller day-to-day jobs
• Safely operate and drive a large truck (with trailer) to and from job sites
• Load, haul, and manage heavy equipment, materials, and debris
• Work as part of a team to get demanding jobs done efficiently and to a high standard
• Follow safety procedures on all job sites, especially during trimming/pruning and heavy hauling

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable driving a large truck (valid driver's license required)
• Strong work ethic, physical stamina, and willingness to learn
• Able to handle tough, hands-on labor outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
• Landscaping experience with trimming/pruning, sod, planting, or maintenance is a plus but not required — we're happy to train the right person who's ready to put in the work
