Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and other beverages.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

• Take orders and process payments accurately using the POS system.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health standards.

• Promote featured products and daily specials.

• Assist with inventory, stocking, and product displays.

• Respond to customer questions and feedback professionally.

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Assist with training new team members when required.

Experience/Qualifications

• Proficient barista skills with accuracy in recipe-based beverages.

• Excellent customer service with friendly, proactive engagement.

• Hygiene and safety compliance in food and beverage environment.

• Cash handling and POS accuracy with daily sales reconciliation.

• Upselling and promotion of specials to hit sales targets.

• Strong self-management with ability to track personal KPIs.

• Inventory and stock replenishment support for cafe operations.

• Effective shift handovers and teamwork for smooth operations.

• Customer feedback collection and prompt issue resolution.

• Visual merchandising upkeep to maintain appealing product displays.
