The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in the Grande Prairie, AB area. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position suited to an organized, motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting our day-to-day administrative and sales operations while helping ensure our customers receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
Process sales transactions, inventory records, and vouchers accurately and efficiently.
Assist with inventory tracking, reporting, documentation, and reconciliation.
Provide inside sales support and assist customers with their inquiries and orders.
Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and direct calls to the appropriate team members.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Support the team with a variety of daily administrative tasks.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies, and customer service.
Work collaboratively with the office, sales, and operations teams to support business objectives.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail.

Assets
The following experience would be considered an asset:

Warehouse or distribution experience.
Forklift experience or certification.
Experience working with inventory management systems.
Experience in fuel, lubricant, industrial, transportation, or related industries.
Experience identifying and implementing technology or process improvements.
