Specific Responsibilities:
- Review traveler/job package
- Gather parts, tools, and fixtures
- Maintain and repair equipment
- TIG and Micro tube welding
- Brazing
- Oxy-fuel welding
- Complete QC checklists to verify the quality of the product manufactured meets standards
- Ensure parts are free of visible damage
- Continuously improve work processes and methods
- Follow all safety laws, regulations, codes, policies, and procedures.
Knowledge & Qualifications
- High School or equivalent
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have Pressure Vessel welding experience
- Minimum five (5) years of experience on TIG essential, Micro tube welding with TIG and STICK is preferred
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality – a craftsperson
- Ability to perform in a high-volume, results-focused work environment
- Ability to perform work from a standing position
