We're looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to help keep our operation running smoothly. This role serves as the link between customers, Sales, Purchasing, and Production, ensuring projects stay organized, on schedule, and moving efficiently from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys solving problems, coordinating people and resources, and keeping multiple projects on track in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate production schedules and technician workloads
- Monitor project timelines and proactively address scheduling conflicts
- Prioritize jobs based on customer requirements, available resources, and production capacity
- Communicate regularly with customers regarding project status, timelines, and delivery expectations
- Coordinate workflow between Sales, Purchasing, Production, and Installation departments
- Ensure materials, vehicles, and information are available before jobs begin
- Track incoming vehicles and prepare work orders for production
- Update job information and maintain accurate records in company systems
- Coordinate subcontractors and outside service providers as required
- Support job handoffs between departments to ensure projects move smoothly through production
- Help identify process improvements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Maintain production documentation and support overall shop organization

- Microsoft Excel
- Scheduling and production management software

- Inventory and order management systems
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
Preferred Experience
- Experience with production scheduling or technician scheduling
- Background in related trades
- Experience with automotive 12V electrical systems
- Experience working in a hands-on, operational, or shop-based role
- Familiarity with vehicle upfitting, commercial equipment, or fleet-related work
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and retain information well
