What You'll Do
In this role, you'll be at the center of our service operations - ensuring everything runs efficiently while delivering a high-quality customer experience:
- Coordinate and maintain schedules for field service technicians
- Create and manage customer work orders, ensuring service requirements are completed on time
- Communicate effectively with technicians to support service delivery and resolve issues
- Assist technicians with customer requests, inspections, and service coordination
- Prepare quotes and process invoices for service work
- Produce fire inspection reports and compliance certificates
- Maintain accurate client, product, and service data in ERP systems
- Provide responsive, professional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Support inventory management, including warehouse and truck stock replenishment
- Ensure administrative processes and recordkeeping are completed accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrate safety leadership by following company HSE policies and best practices

What You Bring
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced service, coordination, or administrative role
- Experience in industrial, construction, or technical service environments is an asset
- Scheduling or dispatching experience is considered a strong advantage
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable learning and using ERP and other technology systems
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
- Successful candidates will be required to provide a current Certificate of Conduct
