We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be someone comfortable with a fast-paced & dynamic environment. They will be able to adapt well under pressure, be self-motivated and take direction well. A team approach is mandatory, and this position will require a candidate with communication and organization skills.

Our Project Coordinator position is a full-time-project-duration position with the potential for opportunities beyond the duration of the current project. This position is a hybrid of office and field-based work all depending on the project size and requirements.

Job Expectations

• Coordinator of all administrative duties and data entry on site.
• Close collaboration with project managers, and supervisors, to organize schedules, and manage the necessary paperwork.
• Work with your team to maintain the master project schedule and project milestones.
• Actively participate in promoting health and safety culture in the field.
• Recognize potential conflicts or issues and facilitate solutions (e.g. resource loading, priority clashes, and support your team with conflict resolution when needed.
  

Qualifications/Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Skills
• Heavy Civil Construction Experience
• Post secondary education such as a degree or diploma is an asset
• Attention to detail is mandatory
• Willingness to travel to remote job sites
• Effective communication skills

Job will be on a fixed contract to start, with potential to extend.
