GAS STATION SUPERVISOR

The Gas Station Supervisor will oversee daily operations of both fuel and retail sections, ensuring smooth functioning of the site with a small team. This role requires a daily on-site presence, primarily covering day shifts, and involves direct supervision and support of 1-5 employees to maintain efficient service and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a small team of 1-5 employees
• Oversee fuel and retail operations to ensure safety and efficiency
• Manage cash handling and reconcile registers
• Maintain inventory control and coordinate stocking
• Schedule team shifts and assign daily tasks
• Address customer inquiries and resolve conflicts promptly
• Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations
• Provide training and guidance to team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in retail or customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food Handler's Permit
• Smart Serve certification
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Cash management and inventory control experience
• Team leadership and conflict resolution abilities
• Good problem-solving and scheduling skills
