  • Collaborate and interface with global team members and business teams across time zones
  • design and implement functions or AI-related features or automations for the IAM space
  • evaluate and deploy vendor-specific MCP servers while creating interfaces and MCP clients
  • Participate in discussions with engineers to devise, create, or integrate IAM functionalities like authentication, authorization, and single sign-on (SSO).
  • Integrate and utilize identity protocols (such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and SCIM) for managing application and agent workloads.
  • create CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments with Terraform and keep your code under version control
  • engage actively in discussions about secure tunneling for accessing vault cloud provider environments
  • prioritize enhancing the tools' error detection and reporting functionalities
  • Craft clean, scannable, and well-documented code using languages like Java, Go, or Python.
  • Test identity services and collaborate on debugging and issue resolution.
  • Partner with security, infrastructure, and product teams to comprehend needs and develop solutions.
  • Analyze and propose innovative approaches to improve security, performance, and user experience in identity systems.
  • Assist in daily operations by interacting with end users to troubleshoot identity-related issues including checking logs, updating user attributes, bulk updates with scripts, etc.

· Contribute to daily operations by participating in identity service maintenance, involving tasks such as server patching, applying fixes for vulnerabilities, upgrading servers, or installing new services.

Preferred Experience

  • Skills in programming, including but not limited to, Java, Go, Python, or JavaScript.
  • An orientation towards AI programming and work style.
  • knowledge of zero-trust architecture and associated technologies
  • ability to write code that exhibits quality through an intense focus on detail
  • Understanding of identity-related concepts such as authentication, authorization, RBAC, and directory services.
  • Passion towards building security around API's and transactional tokens
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, OpenLDAP, Red Hat Directory, Sun Directory, Windows, and Linux operating systems is a plus

Education

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering or a related field.
