Counter Sales & Warehouse Associate (Entry-Level)

Key Responsibilities

Counter Sales & Customer Service

• Customer Assistance: Promptly assist customers at the sales counter with product inquiries, provide necessary information, and process orders.
• Sales Transactions: Process sales and returns accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Showroom Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales counter and showroom area.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to achieve sales and operational goals, upholding a professional and ethical demeanor.

Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse Operations

• Receiving & Stocking: Promptly unload trucks and deliveries, verify contents against manifests, and efficiently sort and stock receivables in their designated locations.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pull, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments for timely delivery to customers, adhering to all safety and packing standards.
• Inventory Management: Track and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments, performing tasks such as scanning inventory and participating in accurate cycle counts.
• Logistics: Collaborate with logistics technicians and service providers to resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Warehouse Upkeep: Maintain a clean, neat, and organized warehouse environment at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a candidate with a positive attitude and a passion for learning. Previous experience is a bonus, but we are primarily looking for someone willing to commit to learning and growing with our team.

• Technical Basics: Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets) and comfort with basic math skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Comfortable standing or walking for long periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to bend, reach, and use hands/fingers to handle materials frequently.
