Project Coordinator – ICI / Commercial Construction

Location: Burlington, ON (Onsite | Head Office)

Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000 base salary + discretionary bonus + benefits + RRSP matching

We're seeking an experienced ICI Commercial Construction Project Coordinator to join the team. This is an office-based, onsite role in our Burlington office — and a genuine path forward: we're looking for someone with the drive and runway to grow into a Project Manager. What You'll Be Doing

As an integral member of the project team, and under the direction of the Project Manager, you'll direct, organize, and control project activities while keeping the team supplied with accurate, up-to-date information.

Own the Schedule Create and maintain weekly tracking of baseline vs. actual construction schedules, anticipate shortfalls early, and keep the Project Manager ahead of them.

Drive Documentation Create, issue, and track construction documentation in real time using the construction management software. Maintain the trade list on a per-project basis, keep purchase order documentation current, and update the budget.

Manage Close-Out Acquire product manuals, warranty letters, inspection reports, and certifications from sub-trades to build project close-out packages. Issue certification and handover documentation to the client, and close out permits with the city and AHJ alongside the PM and Project Engineer — on time, every time.

Coordinate Quality & Compliance Maintain all logs and ensure testing, inspection, and verification documents from site are reviewed with the Project Executive and routed to the right Designer/Engineer for approval. Keep safety policies and procedures on track in coordination with the HSE Manager.

Support the Client Take post-construction warranty calls and set up responsive action. Ensure billing documentation is delivered to Finance accurately and on time.

Back the Team Provide support and insight to the Project Manager and Site Superintendents throughout the build.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience within the ICI and commercial construction industry (required)
• Estimating and pre-construction experience (required)
• Hands-on experience with Procore, CMIC, and Microsoft Teams
• Post-secondary diploma or bachelor's degree

• Onsite at the company's Burlington office
• Reasonable commute to Burlington required — this is not a remote role
