You should have the technical background necessary to quickly earn credibility with and support our technicians.5+ years of management or leadership experience within a service-oriented operation.A strong interest in teaching, coaching, and developing technicians, with a demonstrated history of improving team capability.Experience managing P&L and understanding service-department financial performance.Proven ability to hire, train, motivate, and hold employees accountable.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including customer-facing experience.Strong judgment and the ability to make effective decisions in situations involving different levels of complexity and risk.Comfort using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
