Be the first face customers see at one of Saskatoon's modern automotive dealerships. At Saskatoon North Hyundai, we're looking for an experienced, polished Receptionist who knows how to create a great first impression and keep a busy front desk running smoothly.
You'll work in a newer, modern dealership backed by FFUN Group, one of Saskatoon's growing automotive groups, where customer experience matters from the moment someone walks through the door or picks up the phone. This is a great opportunity for someone who has already built strong experience in customer service, reception, administration, hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced customer-facing environment and is ready to bring those skills to a busy dealership setting.
We're looking for someone who can step in with confidence, stay organized when things get busy, and provide professional, friendly service every time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Create a professional and welcoming first impression for customers entering the dealership
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently and confidently
• Assist customers with questions, messages, appointments, and connecting them with the appropriate team member
• Support Sales and Service with customer opportunity tracking and administrative coordination
• Assist the Sales team with inventory administration, data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Keep the reception area organized and ensure the front end of the dealership runs smoothly
• Provide additional administrative support to the dealership team as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, reception, administration, hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-facing role
• A proven ability to deliver professional and personable service both in person and over the phone
• Confidence working in a busy environment with multiple priorities
• Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Professional communication skills and a polished, welcoming presence
• Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Accounts payable or additional administrative experience is considered an asset
