Forklift Operator - Lead Hand

We at OHM Staffing solutions Inc. work closely with well know transportation and logistic providers in the GTA. We are currently hiring a full time lead hand for the day shift.

Day shift: 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri

Job Entails:

• Assist supervisor with managing a small team of warehouse staff.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping activities.
• Monitor compliance with safety and company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits.
• Communicate effectively with customers to meet specific account requirements.
• Assist with training and guidance to team members.
• Operator forklifts, Reach and Counterbalance.
