This is a co-op position, must be registered with a school. This is a co-op position and must be registered with a school, working with the Human Resources and Environmental Health and Safety tasks in a manufacturing environment.
This role is located in Woodbridge, ON, with a 50% office and 50% plant floor work environment requiring PPE.
Pursuing a University or College degree in Human Resources, strong English communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are required.
Responsibilities include developing inspection methods, maintaining metrological equipment, administratively supporting Quality initiatives, assisting with documentation, and participating in special projects during the work term.
The role requires being on the production floor daily, lifting up to 35 lbs, and handling push/pull forces up to 50 lbs, with regular movement between office and plant floor.
You must work in accordance with Health & Safety regulations, Martinrea Industrial Canada rules, and follow the company policies and employee handbook, including wearing required PPE.
