In this role, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing operations-analyzing processes, solving technical challenges, and driving improvements in quality, efficiency, and performance.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on environment and wants to make a measurable impact on production and product quality.What You'll DoProvide daily shop floor support along with troubleshooting manufacturing issues.Conduct process studies and continuous improvement initiativesPerform technical setup duties to support other associates and enhance machine performanceProvide ongoing communications with production operators, engineering, quality and managementAssist in improving manufacturing processesWhat You BringDiploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Tool & Die, or a related manufacturing/machining discipline.3-5 years of manufacturing experience (automotive preferred)Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standardsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive total compensation packageHealth, Dental, Life & AD&D benefitsRRSP programOpportunities for growth within a global organizationCaledon Tubing is committed to a safe and inclusive workplace.
