This is a hands-on leadership mandate suited to an accomplished executive who can balance growth ambition with disciplined execution. The successful candidate will bring experience leading a public company or similarly complex organization, scaling a franchise or multi-location business, developing high-performing leadership teams, and navigating capital markets.

The CEO will serve as a visible and credible leader to employees, franchise partners, investors, customers, strategic partners, and the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Corporate Leadership

  • Develop and execute a clear, actionable corporate strategy aligned with the Company's long-term vision and financial objectives.
  • Translate strategic priorities into measurable operating plans, performance targets, and organizational accountabilities.
  • Evaluate new markets, products, partnerships, acquisitions, and other opportunities that support sustainable growth.
  • Lead the Company through its next stage of development while maintaining focus, financial discipline, and operational accountability.
  • Provide the Board with timely, transparent, and commercially grounded advice on strategy, performance, risk, and capital allocation.

Franchise Growth and Performance

  • Lead the continued development, expansion, and optimization of the Company's franchise network.
  • Strengthen the systems used to recruit, onboard, support, and retain successful franchise partners.
  • Improve franchisee economics, unit-level performance, operational consistency, and customer experience.
  • Establish clear standards, reporting practices, and performance expectations across the franchise system.
  • Build trusted, productive relationships with franchise partners and ensure their perspectives are appropriately reflected in corporate decision-making.
  • Assess opportunities for domestic and international expansion based on commercial viability and organizational readiness.

Financial Leadership and Capital Management

  • Strengthen the Company's financial position through disciplined cash management, forecasting, budgeting, and capital allocation.
  • Establish a credible path toward sustainable revenue growth, improved margins, profitability, and positive cash flow.
  • Closely monitor liquidity, working capital, operating expenses, and return on invested capital.
  • Evaluate financing alternatives and lead capital-raising initiatives when required.
  • Assess investments, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives using clear financial and commercial criteria.
  • Partner with the finance team and Board to ensure reliable financial reporting, strong internal controls, and long-term financial sustainability.

Public Company and Investor Leadership

  • Serve as a primary spokesperson for the Company with shareholders, investors, analysts, regulators, and the broader capital markets community.
  • Develop a clear and credible investor narrative supported by measurable performance and transparent communication.
  • Lead quarterly and annual investor communications, shareholder meetings, presentations, and market engagement.
  • Work closely with the Board and external advisers on corporate governance, disclosure, financing, and regulatory matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable securities laws, exchange requirements, governance standards, and public-company reporting obligations.
  • Build confidence in the Company's strategy, leadership, and ability to execute.

Operational Excellence

  • Assess the Company's operating model, organizational structure, systems, and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement scalable infrastructure and operating practices that support growth without creating unnecessary complexity or cost.
  • Establish meaningful KPIs, reporting rhythms, and performance-management systems across the business.
  • Improve execution, accountability, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure the organization has the appropriate capabilities, resources, and controls to deliver against its strategic priorities.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer experience, franchise partner support, quality, and brand reputation.

Leadership and Culture

  • Maintain open and transparent communication with the Board regarding Company performance, emerging risks, and significant business decisions.
  • Support strong corporate governance practices and ensure management decisions are aligned with the interests of the Company and its shareholders.
  • Maintain high standards of integrity, ethical conduct, and accountability throughout the organization.
