About the Role

Expert Written Marketing Inc. is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help us grow our client base of local businesses and agencies who need done-for-you CRM setup and marketing automation. We use GoHighLevel (GHL) to build automated systems that solve real problems for our clients — missed calls, no-shows, inconsistent follow-up, and lost leads.

This is a commission-based sales role ideal for someone who's hungry, self-motivated, and wants uncapped earning potential while helping small businesses grow. You won't be starting from scratch — we provide a targeted prospect list, so you can spend your time selling, not searching.

What You'll Do

• Work through a provided list of qualified prospects (med spas and aesthetics clinics across the GTA and Calgary) — no cold list-building required
• Make cold calls, send emails, and use social outreach (Instagram DM, LinkedIn) to generate interest
• Book discovery calls and qualify leads for our founder to close
• Follow a provided script, email sequence, and objection-handling guide, while adapting to each conversation
• Handle objections and communicate the value of automation in terms of concrete business pain points (not "CRM" jargon)
• Track outreach activity and report on pipeline progress

What We're Looking For

• Prior sales, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience preferred
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with CRMs, marketing automation, or the local business/agency space is a plus, but not required — full training provided
• Must have a reliable phone/internet setup if working remotely

Compensation

• $100/week base
• Commission on every closed deal (uncapped earning potential)
