Monday–Thursday | 7:30 AM – 4:45 PM, Friday | 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
We are currently hiring an experienced General Welder to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for skilled welders with experience in TIG welding, sheet metal fabrication, blueprint reading, and metal assembly. What You'll Do
  • Perform TIG welding on sheet metal and fabricated components
  • Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal products according to specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, schematics, and engineering drawings
  • Inspect welds for quality, strength, and dimensional accuracy
  • Operate and maintain welding equipment, grinders, and hand tools
  • Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications
  • Work closely with Production and Quality teams to meet manufacturing schedules
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
  • Welding apprenticeship, trade certification, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience with MIG and TIG welding in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong blueprint reading and fabrication skills
  • Experience welding sheet metal, steel, stainless steel, or aluminum
  • Knowledge of welding safety standards and best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
Preferred Experience
  • Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) Certification is an asset
  • Experience in sheet metal fabrication or metal manufacturing
  • Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment
