Sales & Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and communication-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is the heartbeat of our daily operations, serving as the primary link between our company and our valued clients. You will handle everything from incoming inquiries and order processing to proactive outreach to help grow our footprint.
The Details
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Break: 1-hour lunch break daily
Location: Brampton, ON
Pay: $23/hr
What You'll Be Doing
Your day will be a mix of reactive support and proactive sales growth:
- Order Management: Accurately inputting customer orders into our system and ensuring all details are captured for seamless delivery.
- Inbound Support: Taking incoming calls from customers, answering questions about products, and providing top-tier service.
- Outbound Outreach: Using a provided list of target companies to make warm and cold calls, introducing our services, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Problem Solving: Addressing customer concerns with a professional and "can-do" attitude.
What We're Looking For
The Essentials:
- English Fluency: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are a must.
- Customer-First Mindset: A professional phone presence and a knack for building rapport quickly.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with data entry and navigating order management software.
- Self-Starter: The ability to work through a call list independently and stay motivated.
The "Bonus Points" (Nice to Have):
- Bilingual (French): Proficiency in French is a major asset and will put you at the top of our list.
- Industry Experience: A background in the Fire Protection/Safety industry is highly preferred and will help you hit the ground running.
