We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse & Packaging Assistant with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Certification to support a fast-paced warehouse and packaging operation. This role is ideal for candidates with several years of warehouse or manufacturing experience who are comfortable operating material handling equipment and performing a variety of warehouse and packaging duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a counterbalance forklift, electric pallet stackers, and pump trucks
- Load and unload incoming shipments efficiently and safely
- Stage raw materials and packaging supplies for production
- Assist with packaging, palletizing, wrapping, and labeling finished products
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
- Organize warehouse, cold storage, and storage areas while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Complete inventory counts and report damaged or missing materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as required
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Certification
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Experience operating electric pallet stackers and pump trucks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks and standing for extended periods
- Reliable, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication skills and a positive work ethic
