Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Load and unload materials and inventory
- Perform inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and cycle counts
- Complete quality inspections and ensure products meet company standards
- Read tape measures, work orders, and production specifications
- Operate computers for data entry, inventory updates, and shipping documentation
- Package, label, and prepare products according to customer requirements
- Assist with production, assembly, fabrication, or paint booth duties depending on department
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support additional warehouse and manufacturing tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience
- Previous order picking, packaging, or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations
- Basic computer skills for inventory and production tracking
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs throughout the shift
- Excellent English communication skills
- CSA-approved safety shoes required
- Reliable transportation to Mississauga work locations
