The OpportunityWe are looking for a Material Handler to join our production team. In this role, you will support a steady and efficient production flow by ensuring materials are available, organized, and moving in step with production needs.You will:

  • Move materials throughout the facility to support continuous production across all work areas
  • Work closely with the Shipper/Receiver to put away incoming materials accurately and efficiently
  • Stage, organize, and replenish materials in the blast, body, and paint bays
  • Monitor production schedules and shop floor progress to anticipate material needs and prevent delays
  • Maintain accurate labeling and documentation to support material traceability and inventory control
  • Communicate with production teams to stay aligned on priorities and adjust material flow as needed
  • Support loading and unloading activities, ensuring safe and efficient handling practices
  • Handle materials safely using proper lifting techniques and equipment
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas with clearly identified and properly stored materials

  • Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, with exposure to inventory, material movement, or shipping and receiving
  • The ability to handle materials safely using proper lifting techniques and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail in maintaining accurate labeling and documentation, ensuring materials are stored, tracked, and delivered with consistency
  • A proactive approach to staging and replenishing materials so they are available where and when they are needed
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to adjust as priorities shift
  • A commitment to contributing to a safe, efficient, and well-coordinated work environment
