The Towing and Storage Specialist plays a crucial role within a small team, managing the storage and handling of passenger cars. This position focuses on coordinating storage logistics, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records during standard business hours. Knowledge of the TSSEA is mandatory. Negotiation of tow bills and daily storage rates is also mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the storage and retrieval of passenger vehicles
- Deliver prompt, courteous customer service regarding towing and storage inquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all vehicles stored and processed
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in vehicle towing and storage
