Kelseys Is Hiring a Front of House Supervisor for Our South Guelph Location!

We are looking for someone that is hard working, reliable, with a flexible schedule looking to be a leader at the Roadhouse!

What you will do in this role:

• Lead our team and manage the flow of the resturant
• Greet Guests upon entering and exiting the restaurant

• Provide Guests with an authentic, sociable experience

• Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program

• Clean and stage the dining room quickly, paying close attention to detail-

• Ensure food and drinks are being delivered to guests in a timely manner and to Kelseys standards.

• Check in on guests and ensure that everything is to their standards

What we are looking for:

• Valid Smart Serve is required
• Excellent communication, social and organizational skills

• Ability to build and foster positive relationships

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Dynamic, energetic and confident personality

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
