We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of channels and audiences. This individual will bring strong end-to-end campaign management experience, a high level of business maturity, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on marketer who can confidently manage stakeholders, navigate complex conversations, and drive campaigns from concept through execution. This role requires someone comfortable representing marketing within large cross-functional groups and partnering closely with creative, legal, compliance, agency, and business teams.
Hybrid: 3 days / week Toronto, OntarioContract role 12 months to startRate: $53-61/hour (T4/Incorporated)RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead end-to-end campaign management across integrated marketing initiatives
- Develop and write campaign briefs and partner with external agencies and creative teams on execution
- Manage creative review cycles, stakeholder feedback, and campaign socialization processes
- Support the development and execution of campaigns across full-funnel marketing channels including owned channels, search, OOH, TV, online video, PR, and digital media
- Independently manage mid-sized to moderately complex campaigns while supporting larger strategic initiatives
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to navigate approvals and support innovative marketing approaches
- Represent the marketing function in large cross-functional meetings and discussions with minimal supervision
- Build strong relationships with internal business partners and effectively manage challenging conversations with professionalism and diplomacy
- Contribute strategic thinking and operational execution while balancing multiple priorities and timelines
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with a strong background in integrated campaign management
- Proven experience managing campaigns across traditional and digital marketing channels
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and build credibility across teams
- Experience briefing and collaborating with agencies and creative partners
- Ability to navigate complex organizational environments and work effectively with senior stakeholders and diverse personalities
- Strong business maturity, professionalism, and executive presence
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Agency experience strongly preferred
- Experience within highly regulated industries or environments involving legal/compliance partnership is considered an asset
