Now Hiring: Full-Time Experienced Service Advisor
Location: Thunder Bay, Ontario | Pay: $24.00 to $40.00/hour (depending on experience/performance) | Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

What You'll Bring:
- 1+ years of experience as an automotive service advisor or a similar customer service role
Our ideal Experienced Service Advisor can clearly explain mechanical repairs in easy-to-understand terms and recommend additional services without being too pushy. If you can work closely with a team to keep things moving quickly, you could be a great fit!
In This Role, You'll:
- Assist customers in need of auto repairs in person and over the phone
- Take down repair information, answer questions, and communicate with the service team about the vehicle's progress
- Create repair orders, present estimates, and recommend additional maintenance or upgrades
- Resolve any concerns and gain customer approval for the work
